Katherine, born 13-1-68 in Pintupi country of Papunya. She comes from a long line of highly acclaimed artists. Walangkura & Johnny Yungut are her parents who taught her Dreamtime stories. Her sisters Lorraine Nakamarra Yungut & Debra Nakamarra Young are also highly respected Aboriginal artists. Katherine has been painting since 1986.
